so my roommate (who's been itching for a shout out here [ironically, i think, but nuts to that]...so there you go, a.) just showed me the liberian media center , "a joint initiative of the Liberia media community... conceived to address access to collective resources and professionalization of the country's media sector".
they've got a nifty if HIGHLY unofficial vote count going live as journalists at polling stations text in (hey there, ICT4D nerds) the numbers as they come. for reference, something like 1.7 million voters are registered in the country.
they also have a nifty twitter feed (is that what you call it with twitter-- a feed? god i'm a luddite).
anyway, i have a 21 hour travel day tomorrow starting at 4:30 am, so off to bed.
